Pamela Hankins

Pamela Hankins is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President at Wells Fargo & Company since 2022. She brings extensive expertise in technology and business services. Her career spans working for a variety of Fortune 500 companies where she honed her skills in project management, business analysis, and technology solutions. A lifelong learner, Pam returned to school at 38, earning a BS in Professional Communication and Information Systems from Robert Morris University in 2007, followed by an MS in Competitive Intelligence and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management. Pam is enthusiastic about community impact as the co-chair of the Charlotte Chapter of B&AAC (Black and African American Connection) Employee Resource Network and she is determined to transform lives. Also, she is the emerging author of The Chronicles of a Praying Wife, a personal and transformative story of faith, resilience, and love. Pam continues to leverage her experience to drive innovation and make a lasting impact in both her industry and community.
