Victoria Randall, MSW
Victoria is a dedicated social worker with a strong commitment to empowering women facing homelessness. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2024.
In 2024, Victoria joined Healing Vine Harbor as an MSW Intern, where she gained hands-on experience in providing support to women experiencing homelessness. Following her graduation, she was appointed as the Program Coordinator in June 2024. In this role, she collaborates with various organizations to offer case management, counseling, and access to essential resources, including housing and mental health services. She employs a trauma-informed approach to ensure dignity and respect in all interactions.
Victoria's previous experience includes serving as a case aide for immigrants and refugees for 2 years assisting them in navigating community resources and overcoming barriers related to discrimination. This role honed her skills in cultural competency and crisis intervention, enabling her to effectively support diverse populations.
Through personalized care plans and community partnerships, Victoria strives to create pathways toward stability and self-sufficiency for each individual served.
