Healing Bags

The Healing Bags Program is one of Healing Vine Harbor’s most impactful outreach efforts—providing immediate, tangible support to women in crisis. Each bag is thoughtfully assembled with essential items that promote hygiene, comfort, and self-worth. More than just supplies, these bags represent care, dignity, and a reminder that no one is alone.

Distributed through Salvation Army Center of Hope, Home4Me, My Sister’s House, and Garinger High School, Healing Bags are often the first touchpoint for women beginning their journey toward stability and healing.

Every Healing Bag delivers more than essentials—it delivers hope.

Each Healing Bag includes:

  • Personal hygiene products (toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, etc.)

  • Feminine care items

  • Socks, undergarments, and basic clothing essentials

  • Comfort items such as journals, snacks, and handwritten notes of encouragement

  • Resource guides connecting recipients to local services and support
