TALK (Teaching and Aspiring Lasting Knowledge) is a monthly workshop series designed for women overcoming crisis, trauma, and who are navigating life’s challenges. TALK provides a nurturing, judgment-free environment where participants can reflect on their personal journeys, build confidence, and gain essential life and independent living skills to support their overall growth and well-being.

Annually, 35 women participate in HVH’s TALK program; these women experience:
Empowerment through shared experiences
