A message from Ty about the poem:
This poem is dedicated to anyone who is dealing with depression, self doubt or insecurity. You will win, take each day at a time. Repeat this mantra/poem and use deep breathing techniques, read each line and breathe in and calm your mind. Breathe out and release the negative self talk. Try to use the positive words in the poem to remind you that, the moments of pain you feel are only temporary. You matter. You are important. I hope this helps anyone who maybe did not feel that they matter.
